Brittany Yearion is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati Design Art Architecture and Planning program. She has exhibited in Tokyo, Cincinnati, Raleigh, Wilmington, San Diego and a variety of local venues. She has always found interest in her layer based process, leaving more to be seen than just the surface image, and a little mystery for the viewer. Humans and nature have remained a core subject in her work as she continues to be inspired by the symbiotic relationship between the two. Her use of high contrast and vibrancy aims to grab the viewer by the eyeballs, and then continue to draw them closer with the small details of the painting, promoting depth and wonder.
She currently resides in Wilmington North Carolina.
